Obducat receives order for an EITRE® 3 NIL-system from a European customer

OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), has received an order for the supply of an EITRE 3 NIL-system from a European customer. The order value amounts to approx. 1.2 million SEK.

The EITRE 3 system will be installed in the customer’s cleanroom facilities. The system will be used for R&D work within the development of advanced materials and devices to be used in applications such as energy and healthcare.

The EITRE 3 system is planned to be delivered during the third quarter this year.
