Obducat receives an order for an EITRE® 6 NIL-system valued at 5.8 MSEK

OBDUCAT AB (publ) subsidiary Obducat Technologies AB, a leading supplier of lithography solutions based on nanoimprint lithography (NIL), has received an order from a Swedish University for the supply of an EITRE 6 NIL-system. The order value amounts to approx. 5.8 million SEK.

The EITRE 6 system will be installed in the customer’s cleanroom facilities. The system will be used in R&D activities with a focus on microfabrication and more specifically for patterning purposes of different kinds of materials on various substrates materials, including polymeric materials such as, photoresists on rigid or flexible substrates. The EITRE 6 system is planned to be delivered during the second quarter, 2025.

Due to confidentiality requirements further information cannot be disclosed at this point.
