Nyfosa divests property for MSEK 400

Nyfosa has signed an agreement to divest the office property Skogskarlen 3 in Solna at a selling price of MSEK 400.

The property comprises a leasable area of approximately 10 thousand square meters and the annual rental value amounts to approximately MSEK 19.6. The occupancy rate is 44 percent. The buyer is the Swedish Fortifications Agency on behalf of the National Cyber Security Center (Nationellt cybersäkerhetscenter). Closing is planned for September 30, 2022.

“Nyfosa acquired this property in a bigger portfolio deal in 2020. We are pleased to now be able to assist the Swedish Fortifications Agency in finding appropriate buildings suitable for the National Cyber Security Center.
