Nyfosa divests properties in Sweden for MSEK 555

In two transactions, Nyfosa has divested ten properties with warehouses and light industry in Malmö, Helsingborg, Jönköping and Österåker. The selling price amounts to MSEK 555 and the annual rental value is MSEK 40.

The properties have a total lettable area of 55 thousand square meters and an economic occupancy rate of 100 percent. Two of the properties are located in Malmö, one in Helsingborg, one in Jönköping and six in Österåker. Total average remaining contract period amounts to 4.2 years. Closing takes place during April 2023.
