Increased number of shares and votes in Nyfosa

The number of shares and votes in Nyfosa AB has increased as a result of the directed new issue of 17,000,000 shares conducted by the company on May 16, 2024, and since warrants under the company’s incentive program LTIP 2021 have been exercised for subscription of a total of 40,244 shares. During May 2024, the number of shares in Nyfosa has in total increased by 17,040,244 and the number of votes by 17,040,244.

Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 208,063,057 shares in the company, and as of the same date the number of votes amounts to 208,063,057.
