NYAB receives energy order of SEK 158 million
The scope of the contract includes the construction, material supply, and all necessary works for the operation of the overhead power lines. The works are divided into three main categories: foundations, electrical works, and fibre optic works. The work will start in October 2024 and is scheduled to be completed in May 2026. The project has been registered in the order backlog during the third quarter of this year.
“This project is an important step in securing renewable energy supply in the region as well as a continuation of NYAB’s expansion within energy. We look forward to collaborating with Vindlänken Elnät AB on this project,” says Stefan Helmvall, Work Manager Energy at NYAB.
NYAB has intensified its focus on power line construction with an expanded offering in the sector and has a wide portfolio of large-scale energy projects in Sweden and Finland.
