NYAB AB: Transfer of own shares

Today, 1,252,569 own shares held by NYAB AB (the Company) have been transferred without consideration to participants in the Company’s Performance Share Plan 2022–2024 and Project Bonus Share Plan 2022 in accordance with the respective plan terms.
The transfer is an implementation of the resolution passed by the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 29 April 2024.
After the transfer of the shares, the Company holds 1,235,907 own shares.
