Markku Kankaala, Vice Chairman of the Board at NYAB, has informed the company that he resigns from the Board of Directors with immediate effect. Kankaala has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2021 and was also the Chairman of the Board until September 2023. Following Kankaala's resignation, NYAB's Board of Directors will consist of eight members.

"On behalf of NYAB's Board of Directors, I want to thank Markku Kankaala for his contribution to NYAB's journey as a listed company. He has recently taken an active role in certain other corporate arrangements and wants to concentrate his time and effort on these undertakings. We respect his decision and wish him luck for the future", says Jan Öhman, Chairman of the Board at NYAB.
