Novakand Pharma Provides an Operational Update Regarding Management, Website, and Planned Extraordinary General Meeting
Novakand Pharma is issuing the following operational update today:
- New management appointed, with Thomas Olin as interim CEO and Björn Petersson as CFO
- New website launched on July 16, 2026
- The Board of Directors intends to call an extraordinary general meeting. The meeting is scheduled to be held in September with the following main items on the agenda
- election of auditor
- amendment of the Articles of Incorporation to allow for the necessary capital raising for the preparation of coming clinical study
- reasons for and authorization of the aforementioned capital raising
- resolution regarding the Nomination Committee
