NOTE's CEO sells 55,000 shares - remains a major shareholder in NOTE

NOTE's CEO Johannes Lind-Widestam has recently sold 55,000 shares in NOTE, corresponding to 12% of his holdings, to a value of SEK 7.9 million. The sale was carried out to cover tax obligations. After the sale, Johannes Lind-Widestam with family's ownership (private and via company) in NOTE amounts to 403,510 shares, which corresponds to some 1.4% of the shares in NOTE. Johannes Lind-Widestam with family thus remains a major shareholder in NOTE.
