NOTE's CEO sells 18,000 shares - remains a major shareholder in NOTE

NOTE's CEO Johannes Lind-Widestam has recently sold 18,000 shares in NOTE, corresponding to 4% of his holdings, to a value of SEK 2.6 million. The sale was carried out to finance participation in NOTE’s incentive program 2024/2027. After the sale, Johannes Lind-Widestam with family's ownership (private and via company) in NOTE amounts to 385,510 shares, which corresponds to some 1.3% of the shares in NOTE. Thus, Johannes Lind-Widestam with family remains a major shareholder in NOTE.
