New number of shares and votes in NOTE

The number of shares and votes in NOTE AB (publ) (“NOTE”) has decreased as a result of the annual general meeting's resolution to reduce the share capital by canceling own shares.

Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in NOTE amounts to 28,483,600. There is only one class of shares and the company holds no own shares at the time of this press release. The share capital amounts to SEK 15,011,729.98.
