New number of shares and votes in NOTE

LHFI

The number of shares and votes in NOTE AB (publ) (“NOTE”) has been increased as a result of the resolution to issue new shares to the sellers of Kasadon Group adopted by the board of directors on 21 October 2025. The share issue has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and Euroclear Sweden AB.

After the share issue, the total number of shares and votes in NOTE amounts to 28,548,600. There is only one class of shares and the company holds no own shares at the time of this press release.
