Stockholm, 18 May 2022. The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Northgold AB (“Northgold” or the “Company”) has decided to reschedule the Company’s Annual General Meeting for Wednesday, 29 June 2022. The meeting had previously been scheduled for Friday, 17 June 2022.
