BUYBACK OF SHARES IN NORDIC WATERPROOFING HOLDING AB COMPLETED

Nordic Waterproofing Holding AB (LEI code: 5493000T8MZ5GQREJW94) has repurchased in total 92,801 own shares (ISIN: SE0014731089) as part of the share buyback program initiated by the Board of Directors in order to secure the obligations arising from the company’s long-term share-based incentive programs. All 92,801 shares in this buyback program are now purchased. The weighted average share price for the repurchased shares were 161.20 SEK and the total transaction value amounted to 14,959,521.20 SEK.

All acquisitions have been carried out by Nordea Bank Abp on behalf of Nordic Waterproofing in line with the Nasdaq Stockholm rulebook. Following the above acquisitions, Nordic Waterproofing’s holding of own shares amounts to 176,898. The total number of shares in Nordic Waterproofing is 24,083,935.
