Nord Insuretech Group AB (the "Company") today announces that Steian Invest AS, a company closely associated with Board Member Stein Ole Larsen, has acquired 15,366 shares in Nord Insuretech Group AB.
The shares were purchased on January 26 through regular trading on the Nordic Growth Market (NGM) Stockholm at an average price of SEK 0.60 per share.
Following this transaction, Stein Ole Larsen’s total holdings in Nord Insuretech Group AB amount to 2,749,896 shares. This total includes shares held both directly and indirectly through controlled companies.
