Nitro Games Oyj: Nordisk Games has sold 6.5 million shares in Nitro Games to current shareholders and new investors
Members of the Board of Directors and management of Nitro Games have participated in the transaction with a total of approximately SEK 2.7 million.
The block trade covered Nordisk Games' entire holding of shares in Nitro Games and, following the transaction, Nordisk Games will no longer remain a shareholder in the Company.
