Members of the Board of Directors and management of Nitro Games have participated in the transaction with a total of approximately SEK 2.7 million.
The block trade covered Nordisk Games' entire holding of shares in Nitro Games and, following the transaction, Nordisk Games will no longer remain a shareholder in the Company.
