NIMBUS GROUP IN COOPERATION WITH AMERICAN AUDIO SUPPLIER JL AUDIO

Nimbus Group AB (publ) has signed an agreement with JL Audio to begin supplying audio systems audio solutions on board Nimbus Group boats built in Europe and North America. These premium audio systems will initially be offered on boats from the Weekender/Tender/Commuter (WTC) series within the Nimbus brand.

JL Audio is a leading player in the US market and the brand is very popular among high end American boat consumers. The boat manufacturer EdgeWater Power Boats, which was acquired by Nimbus Group earlier this year, has been offering its customers sound systems from JL Audio for several years.

"The North American power boat market is the world's single largest and thus central to Nimbus Group's growth strategy. A move to JL Audio is an opportunity for us to further strengthen our offering in this important market", says Michael Bohm, CMO of Nimbus Group.
