NIMBUS GROUP CONTEMPLATES ISSUANCE OF SENIOR SECURED BONDS WITH AN EXPECTED VOLUME OF UP TO MSEK 425 TO SUPPORT CONTINUED EXPANSION

Nimbus Group AB (publ) has mandated Nordea Bank Abp as Sole Bookrunner to explore the possibility to issue floating rate SEK denominated senior secured bonds with an expected tenor of four years. A capital markets transaction with an expected volume of MSEK 425 within a total framework of MSEK 600 will follow, subject to market conditions.

The purpose of the transaction is to create the financial conditions needed to support the company’s growth strategy. In recent years, Nimbus Group has grown its business through acquisitions of boat manufacturers and dealerships as well as through large investments in product development.
In 2023, Nimbus Group acquired the US power boat manufacturer EdgeWater Power Boats which made the North American market Nimbus Group’s single largest on a full-year basis.
