Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) ("Nidhogg" or the "Company") has been informed that Företagsfinansiering Fyrstad AB's shareholding has fallen below ten percent of the Company's share capital and votes.

Following the set-off issue announced in a press release on 23 January 2026, the total number of shares in the Company increased from 8,961,324 to 9,461,324. Företagsfinansiering Fyrstad AB holds 934,643 shares and therefore now represents less than ten percent of the shares and votes in the Company, triggering an obligation to notify the change.
