Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) (“Nidhogg” or the “Company”) is providing the following operational updates regarding its projects in Sweden and Egypt:

• Geophysical Survey in Vintjärn–Kölen Completed
  Nidhogg has completed the second phase of the geophysical survey in the Vintjärn–Kölen area. Data processing and analysis are currently underway, with results expected to be released in July.
• Biological Inventories Initiated in Tuna–Hästberg and Vintjärn
  Flora and fauna inventories have begun in both the Tuna–Hästberg and Vintjärn areas. This work forms part of the environmental permitting process required to enable a future restart of mining operations in both locations.
• Due Diligence in Egypt Ongoing
  The review of the Al-Baraka project in Egypt is progressing. The company’s CEO is currently on-site to conduct an operational, technical and geological assessment and finalize the legal, tax, and financial components of the due diligence process.
