Nidhogg Resources

Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) ("Nidhogg" or the "Company") announces that the agreement communicated on 7 November 2024, regarding the acquisition of the properties Falun Vintjärn 6:47 and 6:49 from Lundgrens Åkeri i Svärdsjö AB, has been extended by an additional six (6) months.

Final payment and transfer of ownership must now take place no later than 6 November 2026. All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain unchanged and the Company retains the right to conduct business on the properties until closing.
