Warrants of series TO2 do not meet the spread requirement for listing
In connection with the rights issue of units carried out by EKOBOT AB (publ) ("Ekobot" or "the Company") during the month of May 2022, subscribers in the issue received warrants of series TO2 free of charge (the "Warrants"). The company intended to apply for admission to trading for the Warrants on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market after the completion of the rights issue. However, the spread requirement required for listing is not met and the Warrants will thus not be admitted to trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
In the rights issue that the Company carried out during the month of May 2022, the person who on the record date of April 28, 2022 was registered as a shareholder in Ekobot received one (1) unit right for every one (1) share held in the Company. Fourteen (14) unit rights entitled to subscribe for one (1) unit, consisting of ten (10) new shares in the Company and five (5) Warrants. The company's intention was to apply for admission to trading for the Warrants on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market after the completion of the rights issue. The warrants, however, do not meet the spread requirement required for listing and will thus not be admitted to trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
