Ekobot Changes Name to Newlist – Stock Name Change on Nasdaq First North Growth Market

Effective July 17, 2024, Ekobot AB (publ) (symbol: EKOBOT) will trade under the new name Newlist AB (publ) (symbol: NEWL). This name change, decided at the Annual General Meeting in June, comes into effect as the new company name has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

At the Annual General Meeting on June 18, 2024, it was decided that Ekobot AB (publ) would change its name to Newlist AB (publ). The name change has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, and consequently, the company’s listed stock will also change its name to Newlist AB (publ) (symbol: NEWL). This change on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be implemented on July 17, 2024.
