Ekobot announces the resignation of a board member

Ekobot AB (publ) announces that Victoria Woyland at her own request, resigns as a board member of the company's board with effect from today.

Victoria Woyland will step back from her position as board member to dedicate all her time to her operational role in another company.

According to the company's articles of association, the board shall consist of a minimum of four and a maximum of seven members, and following Victoria Woyland's departure, the board consists of six members.

We thank Victoria for her dedicated contribution to the board work and wish her the best of luck.
