Ekobot announces outcome of exercise of warrants of series TO1

MARKN.

On May 3, 2022, the period for exercising warrants of series TO1 for subscription of shares in EKOBOT AB (publ) (“Ekobot” or “the Company”) ended. No warrants were exercised.

Each warrant of series TO1 entitled to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company at a subscription price of SEK 22.00 during the period from and including 19 April 2022 to and including 3 May 2022. No warrants were exercised and thus no new shares with the support of the warrants of series TO1.
