New number of shares and votes in Netel Holding AB (publ)

The number of shares and votes in Netel Holding AB (publ) has increased as a result of the recently completed offset issues of shares, which was resolved on 8 February 2023 by virtue of authorization from the annual general meeting held on 4 May 2022, in connection with the acquisition of Elektrotjänst i Katrineholm in Sweden.

Through the offset issue of shares, the number of shares and votes in Netel increased with 303,294.

As of 28 February 2023, on the last trading day of the month, there were a total of 48,511,873 shares and votes in Netel.
