The number of shares and votes in Netel Holding AB (publ) has increased as a result of the recently completed offset issues of shares, which was resolved on 8 July 2022 by virtue of authorization from the annual general meeting held on 4 May 2022, in connection with the acquisition of Border Civils & Utilities Ltd.

Through the offset issue of shares, the number of shares and votes in Netel increased 8 July 2022 with 293,365.

As of 29 July 2022, on the last trading day of the month, there were a total of 47,931,978 shares and votes in Netel.
