The number of shares and votes in Netel Holding AB (publ) has increased as a result of the recently completed offset issues of shares, which was resolved on 6 May 2022 by virtue of authorization from the extraordinary general meeting held on 27 August 2021, in connection with the acquisition of Karlskoga Mark AB.

Through the offset issue of shares, the number of shares and votes in Netel increased 6 May 2022 with 141,552.

As of 31 May 2022, on the last trading day of the month, there were a total of 47,638,613 shares and votes in Netel.
