Netel in Norway expands its cooperation with Viken Fiber
Netel in Norway has signed a renewed, more comprehensive framework agreement with Viken Fiber. The agreement runs for three years with an option for two years and covers development, maintenance and troubleshooting of fiber networks in six of Viken Fiber's nine zones. In addition, Netel has been given responsibility for security and readiness throughout Viken Fiber's network. With the option, the contract is valued at a total of around NOK 300 million.
Viken Fiber builds and operates fiber networks over large parts of the Norwegian Østlandet. Netel’s collaboration with Viken Fiber goes back to 2010.
