Following the announcement on May 29th, 2023, regarding the activated search for a permanent CEO, Nepa now appoints Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Ferry Wolswinkel to interim CEO, effective immediately. Ulrich Boyer steps down as CEO and intends to continue to contribute to the company’s development as a member of the board. The activated search process to find a permanent CEO continues.
“Ferry Wolswinkel has during his time at Nepa shown great leadership skills both in his work for establishing a new sales organization and as a strong contributor to the Group Management team. It is with great comfort I leave my work over to Ferry who can focus on sales and profitability with the rest of the Group Management team. Ferry will lead Nepa until we have a permanent CEO in place,” says Ulrich Boyer.
“I feel honored to be taking on the role of interim CEO and much appreciate the trust of the Board. The foundation for the direction is laid out and our continued focus will be to strengthen our client relationships, expand our footprint outside Scandinavia, and return to profitability,” says Ferry Wolswinkel.
