Changes to Nepa's nomination committee

Hanover Investors, the largest shareholder in Nepa AB (publ), has appointed Ashkan Senobari as its representative on the Nomination Committee for the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee now comprises:

  • Ashkan Senobari, representing Hanover Investors
  • Ulrich Boyer, representing himself
  • Marcus Wahlberg, representing Elementa Management
  • Björn Nordenborg, representing himself
  • Dan Foreman, Chairman of the Board of Nepa AB (publ)
