Neobo to be included in EPRA's Index

Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) will be included in FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index (EPRA index) as of December 23.

EPRA, in collaboration with FTSE Russell and Nareit, administers a global real estate index – the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index, a leading global benchmark for listed real estate investments. In EPRA's latest quarterly review, published on the evening of December 6, it was confirmed that the company's stock will be included in the global index starting Monday, December 23, 2024.

This inclusion provides enhanced opportunities for us to reach a broader circle of international and institutional investors, thereby increasing interest in Neobo.
