Neobo strengthens its management team

Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) expands the management team with Andreas Wik, Head of Real Estate, Ali Ali, Head of Transactions, and Daniel Bonn Rosén, Head of Treasury. Maria Strandberg, CFO and Malin Axland, General Counsel and Head of Sustainability remain in the management team.

- We are now taking the next step in our development and increasing the pace in optimizing and expanding our property portfolio. With Andreas, Ali, and Daniel onboard, we are strengthening the management team with strong drive and expertise in value-creating asset management, project development, transactions, and financing. Together with Maria and Malin, we form a strong team ready to accelerate Neobo’s development to maximize value for our customers and shareholders, says Ylva Sarby Westman, CEO of Neobo.
