Neobo divests property in Enköping to housing cooperative

Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) divests the property Gånsta 2:2 in Enköping at a selling price of SEK 130 million.

The residential property comprises 19 rowhouse-style buildings with a total lettable area of 6,380 sq.m.

The transaction was carried out in corporate form at a selling price of SEK 130 million, which is in line with the most recent external valuation. No deduction for deferred tax was made in the transaction. Closing took place on 1 October 2025.

- We continue to optimize our portfolio, this time through a sale to a housing cooperative formed by our tenants. It is positive that the conversion market is showing renewed activity, creating additional business opportunities for Neobo. The sale releases capital that can be used for value-creating investments in the portfolio, says Ylva Sarby Westman, CEO of Neobo.


Following the transaction, Neobo owns eight properties in Enköping with a total lettable area of 21,270 sq.m.
