Neobo divests commercial property in Karlskoga

Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) has divested the commercial property Rapphönan 16 in Karlskoga at an underlying property value of SEK 9 million, which is in line with the most recent external valuation conducted.

The property has a lettable area of 1,690 sq.m, of which 34 sq.m is leased.

The buyer is Karlskogahem and closing took place on 30 September 2025. The transaction was carried out as a property transfer.

- We continue to streamline our property portfolio by divesting a predominantly vacant commercial property in Karlskoga. The sale releases capital that can be reinvested in strategic properties, says Ylva Sarby Westman, CEO of Neobo.
