Neobo divests building rights in Sollentuna

Neobo Fastigheter AB has divested building rights on part of the property Träkolet 16 in Sollentuna. The transaction is carried out in corporate form at an underlying property value of SEK 19.5 million – a price slightly exceeding the most recent external valuation.

The building rights are covered by a legally binding zoning plan that allows for the development of approximately 80 student apartments, corresponding to just over 2,500 square meters of gross floor area (GFA). The site is located near the commuter train station at Sollentuna Centrum.

Closing is expected to take place once the property subdivision gains legal force, which is anticipated during autumn 2025.
