Nomination Committee for the 2023 Annual General Meeting

Nelly Group's Nomination Committee for the 2023 Annual General Meeting has been appointed in accordance with the current instruction for the Nomination Committee adopted by the 2021 Annual General Meeting.

The Nomination Committee comprises Jonathan Sundqvist, appointed by Rite Ventures, Stefan Palm, appointed by ettfemsju själ AB, and Alexander Antas, appointed by Mandatum Life Insurance Company. Jonathan Sundqvist has been appointed Committee Chairman.

Information about the work of the Nomination Committee can be found on the company's website www.nellygroup.com.
