Nelly Group AB (publ) postpones publication of the Annual Report 2024 to April 30

The Board of Directors of Nelly Group AB (publ) ("Nelly") has decided to postpone the publication of the company’s Annual Report 2024 due to practical reasons.

The company had previously stated that the Annual Report would be published tomorrow, April 17, 2025. The new publication date is April 30, 2025.
