Increased number of shares and votes in Nelly

The number of shares and votes in Nelly Group AB (publ) ("Nelly") has during April increased with 11,989,012 due to the rights issue resolved upon by the Board on 3 February 2023, which subsequently was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 14 March 2023.
As of today 28 April 2023 there are in total 30,483,985 shares and votes in the company, of which 30,015,278 ordinary shares and 468,707 shares of Class C. Nelly holds 42,747 ordinary shares and 468,707 shares of Class C in treasury.
