NCC’s assignment consists of the extension of an existing building comprising a total of approximately 9,000 square meters. Preparatory work was commenced in the autumn of 2024, and the project is scheduled for completion during the summer of 2026.
The client cannot be named at present.
The order is valued at approximately SEK 400 million and will be registered in the second quarter of 2025 in the NCC Building Sweden business area.
