NCC secures project in Finland on behalf of Senate Group
Senate Group manages, develops and maintains the property assets owned by the Finnish state. Its property portfolio includes premises for the Finnish Defence Administration, police stations and courthouses, prisons, the Finnish Border Guard and Finnish Customs, as well as museums.
The project will take the form of a construction contract and will commence in 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2027.
The order value of about SEK 460 million will be registered during the fourth quarter of 2024 in the NCC Building Nordics business area.
