Conversion of shares in NCC AB, June 2024

During June 2024, 300 Series A shares were converted to Series B shares at the request of shareholders, following which the total number of voting rights in the company amounts to 161,186,199.
The total number of registered shares in the company amount to 99,760,956 of which 6,825,027 are Series A and 92,935,929 are Series B. NCC holds 1,968,589 Series B shares in treasury.
In conjunction with the conversion, the company has an obligation pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980) to, in this manner, disclose information regarding the change.
