Further to the Swedish Parliament's decision to consolidate the First, Third and Fourth AP Funds into two funds as of January 1, 2026, Första AP-fonden has conducted a review of its representation on nomination committees ahead of the approaching AGM season.

On account of Första AP-fonden leaving the Committee, NCC's Nomination Committee has offered Nordea Fonder a seat. Nordea Fonder has accepted the offer and Mats Hellström will serve as its representative on the Committee.

NCC's Nomination Committee subsequently consists of the Chairman of the Nomination Committee Trond Stabekk (CFO OBOS), Mats Hellström (Governance Adviser at Nordea Fonder) and Mattias Sjödin (Portfolio Manager at Carnegie Fonder).
