Panera Brands is a pioneer of the fast casual dining the United States and include the Panera Bread, Caribou Coffee and Einstein Bros. Bagels brands.

NAXS is an existing investor in three JAB Consumer Partners funds and has previously made two other co-investments alongside JAB Holding.
