The number of registered shares and votes in Nanologica AB has changed during the month of April as a result of registration of issues resolved by the Board of Directors on 30 January 2026 and approved by the subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting on 4 March 2026.

All parts of the issues are now registered. This means that the number of shares in Nanologica during April has increased by 208,796,242 shares from 119,973,600 to 328,769,842 shares and that the share capital has increased by SEK 10,648,608.342 from SEK 6,118,653.60 to SEK 16,767,261.942.

As of April 30, 2026, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Nanologica AB amounted to 328,769,842.
