YA Holding AB (publ) obtains approval for delisting of the company's bond loan from Nasdaq Stockholm's corporate bond list

YA Holding AB (publ) (the "Company") announced in a press release on 22 July 2024 that the Company is initiating a written procedure under its SEK 114,999,936 senior secured bond loan with ISIN SE0016831150 (the "Bonds") to, inter alia, obtain the bondholders' approval to delist the Bonds from Nasdaq Stockholm's corporate bond list (the "Written Procedure"). The Company subsequently announced in a press release on 8 August 2024 the successful completion of the Written Procedure.
The Company hereby announces that the Bonds will be delisted and that the last day of trading of the Bonds is Friday 16 August 2024.
