Rani Friedman's total shareholding before the transaction amounted to 178,807 shares, equivalent to approximately 5.30% of the voting and capital share. After the transaction, Rani's holdings amount to 108,217 shares, equivalent to approximately 3.21% of the voting and capital share in the company.
