During July 2026, the number of shares and votes in Morrow Bank AB (publ) (“Morrow Bank”) (Nasdaq Stockholm: MORROW) has increased as a result of the rights issue which was completed on 1 July 2026, the set-off issue to Kooperativa Förbundet in connection with the acquisition of MedMera Bank AB and the exercise of warrants under one of the share option programmes adopted by the Annual General Meeting on 15 December 2025. A total of 51,476,320 shares were subscribed for and allotted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rights issue, 32,780,579 shares in accordance with the terms and conditions of the set-off issue and 199,857 shares in accordance with the terms and conditions of the share option programme.
As of today, there are a total of 316,100,197 shares and votes in Morrow Bank. The share capital has increased by SEK 84,456,756 from SEK 231,643,441 to SEK 316,100,197.
