Melanie will collaborate with existing HR leaders across MTG, to help infuse the group with a culture that unleashes every employee's full potential and empowers the entrepreneurs who are part of MTG. She has a successful track record of leading people functions for both large-scale and start-up brands, most recently for the leading semiconductor company AMD. Prior to that she has held people leadership roles in the fields of e-commerce and digital media.
